Chalet roles

Our chalets are beautiful alpine homes and a Chalet Host’s role in summer is not like that of a ‘normal’ ski chalet host, but much more! Yes of course, you will take charge of running a chalet and providing the catering (for which you will be well trained); but you will also play a vital role in the delivery of our activities and programme. Which means you’ll need to have done many of the activities, which we will of course take care of! A hosting job with a lot more variety!

Hotel roles

We run a small selection of niche hotels which are exclusive to us, and our British clients. You will be a part of a select hotel team of approx. 15 professional staff in one of three boutique hotels this summer in Morzine and Tignes. As part of your duties you will assist guests with their activities and be a font of knowledge about the resort and mountain sports.

Kitchen staff

From Kitchen Assistant to Sous Chef and every role in between, our kitchen team play an integral role in our hotels. So if you fancy learning more about cooking, and how a kitchen works or gaining valuable experience, we are looking for motivated professionals to join us.

Chefs and head chefs

Head up the kitchen team in either of our three hotels: the Philibert, and the Hermine Blanche in Morzine; or the Hotel Ski D’Or in Tignes. Play a leading role within our hotel team of approx 15 staff. Our medium size boutique hotels have 50 to 65 beds and many of our guests return each year.

Management positions

From resort to hotel management positions, you will look after a team of staff and oversee the provision of our high levels of service. Whilst taking a strategic view, you must have commercial awareness, be accountable for budgets and a motivation to identify new initiatives, improve standards and tailor our product to individual customer expectations.

Resort staff

From handymen (and women) to bike mechanics and drivers, a large ski holiday company like ours needs supporting roles. Good people behind the scenes that support our dedicated team of staff. These are dependable, not-so-customer focussed staff whom we need to rely on.
